Shipping & Returns Policy – FluffyFavPets

At FluffyFavPets, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our policy below to understand our shipping process and return conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Origin & Processing

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our logistics center in Germany.

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed before 12:00 CET are prioritized, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Germany: 1–3 business days.

European Union (Austria, Netherlands, France, etc.): 2–5 business days.

International / Non-EU: 4–10 business days.

Note: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Orders over €49: FREE Shipping (within the EU).

  • Orders under €49: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Import Duties (Non-EU): For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., UK, Switzerland), custom duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (DHL, UPS, or DPD). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you and your pet to be happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.

1. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Hygiene items (if opened) and personalized products cannot be returned.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. How to Initiate a Return Important:

Do not ship returns to our administrative office in Barcelona.

  1. Contact our support team at sales@fluffyfavpets.shop with your Order Number.

  2. We will provide you with the Return Authorization and the correct German warehouse address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable service.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
