Terms & Conditions – KOSKA STUDIO

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of koskastudio.com and the purchase of physical products, digital assets, and design services from Andrii Koshkarov Autónomo. By accessing our website, booking a service, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Business Information

  • Warehouse & Studio: All physical orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Barcelona, Spain.

2. Design Services (Creative Work & Get Design)

  • Immediate Commencement: Due to our high-speed workflow, Koska Studio begins work immediately upon receipt of payment or deposit. Consequently, payments for design services are strictly non-refundable.

  • Creative Authority: Koska Studio operates based on a unique artistic vision. By hiring the Studio, the Client acknowledges and trusts the Studio’s professional judgment and creative style.

  • Project “Pivot” Policy: If the Client changes the creative direction, concept, or brief after work has commenced, this will be treated as a New Project. The Studio will complete the initially agreed work, and a separate invoice will be issued for the new scope of work.

  • Revisions: Each project includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions. Any subsequent revision or significant change to the original brief will be charged at a flat rate of €50 per revision.

  • Finality: The Studio reserves the right to determine when a project is professionally complete. Once final files are delivered or the Studio declares the project finished, it is deemed accepted.

3. Digital Products Due to the digital nature of digital assets, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or files have been provided.

4. Physical Products Our clothing consists of “Upcycle Premium” garments high-quality pieces reimagined through artistic techniques (screen printing, hand-distressing). As handcrafted artworks, minor variations in print or texture are part of the artistic value and are not considered defects.

5. Non-Payment & Debt Recovery Koska Studio takes business obligations seriously. If a Client refuses to settle an outstanding invoice for services rendered (including revisions or pivots) after agreeing to these terms:

  1. All usage rights and file releases will be withheld.

  2. The Studio reserves the right to transfer the case to external debt collection agencies (collections) and trade chambers to recover the debt, including any associated collection fees and interest.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. By using our services, you agree to resolve any issues directly with the Studio via our Contact Us page.
