RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Digital Assets & Design Services

Due to the nature of creative work and digital delivery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Design Services (Get Design), Tech Packs, Brushes, or any 3D files. All sales in these categories are final.

2. Physical Upcycle Clothing

If you are not satisfied with your physical garment, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Exchanges: To ensure inventory accuracy, we do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

• Costs: Return shipping costs for “change of mind” or sizing issues are the responsibility of the customer.
