1. Order Processing

• Physical Goods: Handling time for our Upcycle Premium collection is 24–48 hours (1–2 business days, Mon–Fri).

• Digital Goods: Tech Packs, Brushes, and 3D files are delivered instantly to your email after payment.

• Design Services: Delivery timelines for custom work are agreed upon individually per project.

2. Shipping Rates & Times Calculated at checkout based on your location:

• Spain & EU: Generally 2–5 business days.

• International: Generally 5–10 business days.

3. Tracking & Issues You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. Koska Studio is not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. For support, contact us at sales@koskastudio.com with your order number.
